If this is occurring on Android:
- From any home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Select the General tab
- Tap Application manager.
- Find Mymee in the list and tap on it.
- Under Permissions, make sure ""Camera"" and ""Storage"" is checked.
If this is occurring on iOS, follow these instructions:
A simpler way of doing this: just remove and reinstall the app, then when creating the first observation post reinstallation, make sure to approve the app's request to access those things.
